The power supply of the professional animal clipper MOSER® ARCO is completely new and works via interchangeable batteries. The machine comes with two batteries. This innovative technology makes cordless non-stop shearing possible for the first time ever: 

While you’re working with one battery the other is charging. The LED charge indicator in the clipper lets you know in good time when you need to change batteries, then you just swap the full battery with the empty one and away you go!

For optimal charging-capacity we recommend you charge both batteries overnight before using your MOSER® ARCO for the first time. The temperature-sensor built into the batteries prevents over-charging if the battery gets too hot.

When the full charging-capacity is reached, the sensor registers the rising temperature and automatically switches to pulse-charge, hereby considerably prolonging the battery’s service-life. Additionally the use of the new Nickel Metal Hydride technology prevents the previously well-known Memory Effect. The mild pulse-charge lets you leave the battery in the charging-stand longer. We do, however, recommend you remove the battery from the stand during longer periods of absence. 
 

Please note that daily cleaning and regular oiling of the blade-set not only guarantees optimal cutting-performance, but also considerably prolongs the service-life of both the motor and the battery.
